Job Description
Assists the SLTP leadership in the developing and monitoring of SLTP policy activities in relation to the implementation of a national program for the Fair Employment Practice Agencies (FEPAs) and Tribal Employment Rights Offices (TEROs).
Ensures policies, practices or procedures have the desired effect toward accomplishments of established goals and objectives.
Assist SLTP leadership in developing and maintaining effective and efficient systems for monitoring and reporting financial transactions executed in support of SLTP's contracts with the FEPAs, TEROs, and for other contracting activities.
Assists in the preparation of a variety of periodic and special financial reports required by the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and used by the SLTP Program Manager in decisions regarding program operations.
Serves as a liaison with EEOC field offices on SLTP matters, as well as with representatives of FEPAs and TEROs to provide guidance, answer questions, secure needed information and respond to other issues involving the specific agency/organization.
Provides complex substantive management support services in the areas of program analysis and substantive performance assessments.
