Analyst II
The Analyst II performs a broad range of analytical, administrative, and program support functions to advance division priorities and ensure efficient program operations. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and managing the Deputy Director's meetings and schedules, preparing agendas, and supporting division-wide administrative tasks. The position prepares and formats correspondence, memoranda, approval letters, and other program documents, including coordinating the review, signature routing, and distribution of documents through electronic systems. The incumbent compiles and analyzes program data to support decision-making, develops and maintains project tracking tools, databases, and spreadsheets to monitor program performance, supports onboarding activities and records management, maintains SharePoint files, and provides analytical and administrative support for special projects. Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three percent in exchange for five hours per month of the Personal Leave.
