What we ask of you as a Personal Care Assistant:
Be reliable and show up to work as scheduled and on time
Be compassionate, hard working
Have the heart of a servant: find joy in caring for others and be willing to go the extra mile to create extraordinary client care experiences
Have a vehicle and be dedicated to getting to your shifts: no frequent call outs and chaos
Be able to pass a background check for felonies and misdemeanors and pass a drug test
Be able to provide us with Tb test results within the past year
Have great communication skills and be ready to work together with our office team to create great caregiver and client experiences
