Job Title: Oracle Procurement Lead

Role Summary: The Oracle Procurement Lead is a key Architect responsible for driving the strategy, solution architecture and execution of our global procurement technology ecosystem. Our architecture leverages Oracle Fusion Cloud as our procurement and financial system of record with Zip as the orchestration layer.

The ideal candidate is a Procurement technologist and architect who understands the nuances of the entire ERP Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between user-centric intake and rigorous financial controls, ensuring that complex business requirements from Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing are translated into seamless, automated workflows that maintain data integrity across both Zip and Oracle

Role Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, ensuring system scalability, security, and seamless interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
• End-to-End Process Architecture: Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing/intake and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion).
• Platform Configuration: Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Procurement. Build complex intake workflows and configure Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle to match.
• Integration Ecosystem Management: Own the functional health of the Oracle procurement systems integration. Monitor data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data, Compliance screening, ensuring that "In-Flight" changes in one system are accurately reflected in the other.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting. Translate high-level business policies into precise logic within the tech stack.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure that the "System of Record" (Oracle) remains audit-ready. Manage the mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between the Zip and the Oracle GL.
• Release Management: Manage the quarterly update cycles for Oracle. Conduct impact assessments on new features to ensure no disruption to the integrated workflow.
• AI Procurement Agent Strategy & Governance: Lead the adoption and functional governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents (e.g., Procurement Policy Advisor), ensuring all AI-driven automation and outputs within the S2P process are compliant, auditable, and drive process efficiency.
• Oracle Fusion Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle management within Oracle Fusion, including requisitioning, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching to ensure accurate financial reporting and spend visibility.
• Oracle Fusion Supplier & Trade Configuration: Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion supplier master data, trade management workflows, and complex approval hierarchies to support global procurement needs.

Role Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts).
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs. You should understand how a requisition "Approval" translates into an Oracle "Approved Requisition."
• Ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation or bottleneck removal.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
• Certifications in relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement module.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience in an organization transitioning to Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management system..
• Third-party supporting software experience like Ironclad, Navan, etc..
• Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
