Paul Hernandez State Farm is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you'll work directly with people in our office, learn about their needs, explain insurance and financial products, and help customers find coverage and solutions that make sense for them.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional experience.

• Build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers.

• Listen carefully to understand customers' needs, goals, and concerns.

• Explain insurance and financial products in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Answer customer questions and provide helpful information.

• Recommend appropriate products and coverage options based on customer needs.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through completion.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers as needed.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Work with your teammates to achieve individual and team goals.

• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.

• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable personal vehicle required.

• Ability to work onsite in a customer-facing office environment.

Compensation

• $17–$25 per hour

• Commission opportunities based on performance

Your total earnings can increase based on your individual sales performance.
