The Recruiting Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR team's full-cycle recruiting efforts, managing candidates through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support for assigned requisitions. This includes partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and outside recruiting/staffing agencies to keep candidate pipelines and requisition records accurate and moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment in a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, with competing demands. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or possesses the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other sourcing tools and recruitment systems. Previous recruiting experience in the financial services industry and/or Information Technology industry a plus.
Education: Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
Years Of Experience: Minimum 4 years working in all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required.
