Duties and responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the radiology department, managing and mentoring radiology staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, implementing and evaluating new technologies and processes, planning, directing and monitoring quality assurance programs, preparing and administering budget for imaging services, designing and supervising training for radiologic students, and performing other related duties as assigned by management.
