Novoa Marketing is looking for a motivated and people-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll work directly with customers while representing established client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales in a retail environment. You’ll learn how to understand customer needs, present effective solutions, and create positive experiences that strengthen client relationships.
We’re looking for individuals who are driven, coachable, confident, and eager to grow. No previous management or sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
