Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service through registration, check-in, check-out, and financial discussions. Your role is essential in supporting patients, medical staff, and clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.

What You Will Do
- Manage patient registration, including face-to-face check-in and check-out, preregistration, and chart reconciliation.
- Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients, connecting them to the Customer Service Center when needed.
- Handle cash collections and ensure accurate patient discharge processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the telephone.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
- Basic computer skills, including opening software/email, navigating on a keyboard, and logging in/out of systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse populations and age groups.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
