We're looking for a motivated Residential Painting Estimator/Sales Consultant to help homeowners plan interior and exterior painting projects. This role goes beyond measuring and quoting — you'll build relationships, understand customer needs, recommend solutions, prepare accurate estimates, and guide prospects through the sales process. Painting experience is helpful but not required; we'll train the right person with a strong sales, estimating, or customer service background.

Compensation: Full-time, commission-based with performance incentives,- ranging from $60K - $80K — strong earning potential for those who follow the process and close profitable projects.
