Specific Duties and Projects

Critical production support for the DTE, Finder, Fairfax applications

Assist in the SQL Server database administration tasks

Assist the Application development team with the database requests

Participate in the Disaster Recovery process

Assist the DBAs and the programmer with the database upgrades, security patches, and performance issues.

Address the compliance issues raised by the IRS related to database access, security and configuration.

Support day today production operations including troubleshooting the issues with performance, software bugs.

Setting up alerts for the system thresholds for the database.

Create metrics for system performance

Assist with DBA support for the snowflake data lake environment
