Mechanical Engineer (PE) - HVAC Design (Los Angeles)
We're hiring a licensed Mechanical Engineer with an HVAC design background to join a growing MEP team in the Los Angeles area. You'll design HVAC systems for commercial and institutional projects from concept through construction documents.
What you'll do
- Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping layouts
- Produce construction documents in Revit
- Coordinate with architects, electrical and plumbing engineers, and clients
- Support construction administration and respond to RFIs
What you'll need
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Background in HVAC design
- Proficiency in Revit
Compensation: $90,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
