Nuclear Med Tech Requirements:

• CTNM - CA Certified Tech, Nuc Med License required
• NMTCB - Nuclear Medical Technology Cert. Bd OR RT-N - ARRT Reg Tech Nuclear Med preferred
• Minimum six (6) months Nuclear Medicine experience required

Nuclear Med Tech Responsibilities:

• Prepares radio pharmaceuticals for administration to the patient
• Performs venipuncture and catheterization duties as needed
• Competent, performs standard, specialty and complex Nuclear Medicine procedures with little or no supervision, utilizing radio pharmaceuticals with accuracy, producing quality studies under a variety of conditions
