Job Description

• Develop and maintain product designs, BOMs, drawings, and specifications for control systems and protective relays.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Troubleshoot production, manufacturing, and testing issues.
• Work with suppliers and Supplier Quality teams to evaluate and approve components.
• Investigate product quality and reliability issues.
• Support continuous improvement using Lean, DFSS, DFM, and DFA.
• Perform engineering analysis and simulations using CAD, FEA, and electrical analysis tools.
• Coordinate product verification, validation, and reliability testing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with electrical circuits and product design.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of DFM/DFA and manufacturing processes.

Preferred

• PCBA design experience.
• PCB development tools.
• High-voltage design and power system analysis.
• Analog and digital circuit troubleshooting.
• CAD/FEA and statistical analysis.
• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge.
