Electrical Assembler

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm and Monday – Friday; 2:30pm – 11:00pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team! This role is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, testing, and quality inspections while following established work instructions and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, and testing of medical device components.
  • Complete mechanical assembly and subassembly work based on production requirements.
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and torque-controlled equipment to complete assemblies.
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot assembly-related issues to support production goals.
  • Maintain compliance with ESD, safety, cleanroom, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Accurately document work performed and follow established procedures.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support team objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of electrical assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly documentation.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Experience performing inspections and quality checks preferred.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
