Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Floor Support
Assist with daily plant operations by moving raw materials, handling supplies, and loading finished products.
Maintain clean, safe workstations and assist floor leads and forklift operators as needed.
Warehouse & Logistics Support
Support shipping, receiving, and inventory sorting tasks.
Keep work zones organized and properly stocked to support continuous production flow.
Equipment & Machinery Support
Assist primary Machine Operators with basic machinery setup, material feeding, and routine operational adjustments.
Operate basic warehouse tools and material handling equipment.
Quality Control & Line Support
Conduct basic quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure final products meet required specifications.
Identify and report product defects or operational issues to line leads.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
Prior work experience as a Machine Operator, Assembly Line Worker, or Shipping/Receiving Specialist.
Previous experience in retail, cashier, fast food, or customer service roles with transferable teamwork skills.
Basic familiarity with warehouse tools, material handling procedures, or forklift operation.
Basic background or familiarity with accounting or tracking operational logs during second-shift hours.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High reliability, good work ethic, and punctual attendance.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including manual lifting, loading products, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work steady 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM ??? 6:00 AM) and take on regular overtime opportunities.
Readiness to learn specialized tasks across manufacturing, assembly, and logistics operations.
Openness to working within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
