Drug Testing Technician

Location: Southeast Michigan (Multiple Locations)
Pay: $17–$18/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Morning & Evening Shifts

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Drug Testing Technicians to assist with court-ordered drug testing at multiple locations throughout Southeast Michigan. This position involves monitored specimen collection, client check-in, specimen handling, and maintaining accurate records. No previous experience or certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitored urine specimen collections, including same-sex observed collections.
• Check in clients and verify identification.
• Properly label, package, and prepare specimens for shipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Complete data entry and maintain confidential records.
• Travel between nearby testing locations as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certifications required.
• Comfortable performing observed specimen collections, including entering restrooms with same-sex clients.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Professional and comfortable working with diverse populations.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer skills.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $17–$18/hour, with potential for up to $20/hour in advanced roles.
• Morning: Approximately 5:30 AM–9:30 AM.
• Evening: Approximately 4:00 PM–7:00 PM or 5:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Shifts are typically 3.5–4 hours, with rotation between nearby locations.
