Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for Urgent Care Medicine
$205,000 Per Year Practicing Half the Month in Fresno, CA
Position : Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
Model : Employed with Full Benefits and 401(k)
Pay : $85 / hour plus OT
Bonuses : Sign-On of $10,000 and a $20,000 Annual Retention Bonus

We have expanded our brand and services throughout Bakersfield and into Fresno, Clovis, Chino, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, and Los Angeles. We are scheduled to open approximately five more clinics within the next two years. So far, we have 18 clinic locations throughout CA to service your urgent care needs. Our mission is to expand our healthcare reach to all the people within the communities that we serve and provide them with the best healthcare possible. Providers are our top asset, and exceptional healthcare is our top priority.
Position Overview : Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care 8 years in a row in Fresno, CA. We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners in Fresno, CA.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
- Full-time is 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month.
- Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.
- Bread & Butter Procedures : I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
- Equipment : In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
- Easy-to-use EMR with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute
