Occupational Therapist Needed for Pediatric Clinic in Brentwood, CA
Full-Time | 32–40 Hours/Week | Immediate Opening!
A growing pediatric clinic in Brentwood, CA is looking for an energetic Occupational Therapist to join the team! New grads are very welcome — a structured mentorship program eases you in over the first several months, with a gradually built caseload, a curated clinical curriculum, and CEUs covered throughout training. Experienced clinicians are equally encouraged to apply.
Sessions are 60 minutes, with access to a sensory gym and movement room. Documentation breaks are built into every day, and an admin team handles scheduling and cancellations. Therapists typically see 28–30 kids per week. Clinic hours run generally 9am–6:30pm with flexibility around therapist preferences; a 4-day workweek option is available!
All OTs are trained in an evidence-based SPD model — a great opportunity for clinicians who want to deepen their expertise and grow into leadership or multi-site supervision roles.
