In this role, you will help migrate IRB and Grants & Agreements from BUs legacy Kuali platform to the Huron Research Suite, ensuring data integrity throughout the transition. The position involves data migration, designing and maintaining system integrations, and providing functional support to ensure reliable operations across research administration modules already in use, including IACUC, AOps, and COI. • Develop and troubleshoot APIs, ETL processes, and batch jobs to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Monitor integration performance and implement error-handling and logging mechanisms.
  • Functional Support & User Assistance
    • Provide functional support for Huron Research Suite modules.
    • Assist end-users with workflows, issue resolution, and system navigation.
    • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to support team knowledge and operational continuity.
  • Data Migration & Management
    • Support data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration requirements and ensure data integrity.
    • Execute test migrations and troubleshoot issues during cutover and post-migration phases.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Partner with IT and research administration staff to align technical solutions with business needs.
    • Participate in system upgrades, module implementations, and regression testing.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with system integrations, ETL tools, and APIs.
  • Background in data migration (mapping, cleansing, validation).
  • Familiarity with Huron Research Suite or other research administration platforms preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and functional stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications:

If you do not meet these, you are still encouraged to apply; we value employees with a willingness to learn.
