As a Warranty Customer Service Admin, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with warranty service requests and follow-ups. You'll work closely with the customer service team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do
As a Warranty Customer Service Admin, you will be responsible for:
  • Following up on customer warranty service requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Contacting customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction
  • Coordinating with vendors on invoicing and service documentation
  • Updating vendor and product registration information accurately
  • Processing all warranty paperwork to verify compliance with requirements
  • Identifying and verifying any discrepancies in warranty claims or documentation
