Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for producing accurate project financial reporting and submit on a monthly basis to Corporate Finance. - Track financial status by monitoring variances from forecasts. - Organize monthly Finance Calendar activities. - Prepare monthly accruals for submission to corporate finance. - Review time sheet corrections for accuracy and submit to Corporate Finance for approval and processing. - Monitor fulfillment expenses against forecast assumptions. - Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, and provide appropriate codes and monitor payment status. - Perform research and provide additional clarifications. - Publish monthly Project Financial Dashboard and Labor Reports to Project Management. - Responsible for producing accurate monthly project financial reporting and submitting to Corporate Finance. - Track financial status by monitoring variances from forecasts. - Organize monthly Finance Calendar activities. - Prepare monthly accruals for submission to corporate finance. - Create client billings and assist admin team in monthly distribution. - Monitor fulfillment expenses against forecast assumptions. - Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy and provide appropriate codes and monitor payment status. - Perform research and provide additional clarifications. - Publish monthly Project Financial Dashboard and Labor Reports to Project Management. - Perform monthly billing and revenue reconciliations. - Submit Contract Information Forms (CIFs) based on executed agreements and/or amendments. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Program Specific Requirements: - California residency is required - Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) - Financial auditing experience - Understanding of cost reimbursable contracts and process of contract closeouts. - Strong organizational skills to manage overall project tracking and progress. - Data entry experience - Self-motivated and strong communication skills. - Work requires considerable judgment and initiative. Home Office Requirements: - Private and Secure workspace from home - Access to Wi-Fi, LAN (wired connection/ethernet) or both at home - Internet provider that offers enough speed for multiple users without latency or lag?
