We are currently seeking a Certified Payroll Specialist for our West Region, full time in-office role out of Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
- Submit certified payroll for organization and subcontractors
- Audit certified payroll for organization and subcontractors
- Prove understanding of Certified payroll, California labor law and collective bargaining agreements
- Manage all reporting deadlines with each agency and ensure certified payroll is submitted in a timely manner
- Track, collect, and enter data into internal and external payroll systems as needed
- Filing and scanning payroll documents, per project and legal requirements
- Ad hoc reports

Minimum Salary USD $62,400.00 / Yr. Maximum Salary USD $75,000.00 / Yr.
