Senior Analytics Engineer Location:

• Role Summary We are hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to serve as a senior individual contributor at the center of our analytics and reporting platform efforts.
• This role is for someone with strong problem-solving ability and judgment who prefers to stay hands-on and own meaningful outcomes rather than manage people . You will deliver immediate analytical value while also helping define how analytics and reporting mature as a long-term capability within the organization.

What You’ll Do Deliver Immediate Business Value Solve analytical problems quickly and accurately Use Excel, Python, and SQL to meet real‑time business needs Own execution from vague question to clear, actionable output Build for the Long Term Transform one-off analyses into reusable reporting and analytics assets Help shape the evolution of a broader analytics and information platform Treat analytics as a product that must scale, adapt, and improve continuously Partner with Stakeholders Act as a trusted, client-facing analytics partner across the business Build durable relationships through clarity, approachability, and follow-through Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can drive better decisions Operate with Technical Credibility Collaborate effectively with data scientists and technical teams Communicate fluently about analytical methods and implications Apply architectural thinking without needing to formally own platform engineering What We’re Looking For Experience & Mindset Experienced analytics professional with senior or principal-level ownership Able to operate independently with limited direction Comfortable designing analytical reports, including decisions around data visualization, information architecture, and user needs Demonstrated problem framing and decision‑making Experience with marketing or healthcare data a plus Technical Skills Strong analytics or analytics engineering background Proficiency in a programming language (Python, R, or any professional language) as well as strong SQL and Excel skills when needed Comfortable determining which tools allow for rapid delivery and quick, accurate turnarounds Solid mathematical and analytical grounding Comfort incorporating AI-assisted coding tools into workflow Experience with front-end development a plus, especially React or similar frameworks Experience with front-end graphing packages such as Chart.js and Recharts a plus Communication & Presence Friendly, credible, with client-facing experience Clear and confident communicator with technical and non‑technical audiences Known as a trusted problem solver What This Role Is Not Not a management role Not a full-stack engineering role Not a narrowly scoped reporting-only position Why Join Limetree?

Compensation Base salary:
