Job description

Requisition ID: 38687

Cheers to creating an incredible tomorrow!

At Molson Coors, we tackle big challenges and defy the status quo. With a proud legacy of excellence, an incredible portfolio of beer, seltzers, spirits, and non-alcohol brands, and a bold vision for our future... we’re on the path to transforming the beverage industry. That requires remarkable individuals who are curious, tenacious, and never afraid to fail forward.

We seek, value and respect everyone’s unique perspectives and experiences knowing that we are stronger together. We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.

Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.

Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Advanced Analytics Manager – Acquired Brands based in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee WI, you will be a part of the Molson Coors Commercial Reporting & Analytics team. This role is responsible for developing analytics and insights that support the current and future acquired brands. Success will be measured by delivering integrated analytics that are centralized, insightful, and most importantly, actionable.

This position reports to the Director, Commercial Reporting & Analytics within the Strategies & Capabilities organization. This newly created position will work across our commercial, leadership and technology teams to support the reporting and analytics transformation for the newly acquired Monaco brands and any future purchases or integrations.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Lead the reporting & analytics activities for all acquired brands.
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, technology and strategy & capabilities teams to define reporting & analytics tools and processes that optimally augment the overall MCBC reporting & analytics strategy.
  • Lead the development and optimization of centralized, integrated reporting and analytics tools for acquired brands, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as retail execution, competitive benchmarking, etc.
  • Communicate acquisition performance across all levels of the organization and act as the key analytics liaison with senior leadership and integration teams.
  • Drive exception-based reporting and development of dashboards using advanced data visualization tools (preferably Power BI / Tableau), enabling actionable insights and ROI-focused decision-making across commercial and sales teams.
  • Lead the integration and interpretation of syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen) and internal datasets to inform strategic decisions and category growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a coach and technical advocate for the Reporting & Analytics team by fostering closer partnership with MCBC IT teams and identifying opportunities for technical standardization & optimization across the team.

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within CPG or beverage industries.
  • Proven expertise in developing enterprise-scale reporting and KPI frameworks using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SAP/Business Objects.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets and relational databases; advanced proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) and its application in sales and category strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement

Beverage Bonuses:

  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities
  • We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are
  • Engagement with a variety of Business Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
  • Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities
  • Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, retirement plan options with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources
  • Access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!
  • Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Benefits include 15 days vacation, 10 paid holidays, 4 personal floating holidays and 64 hours of sick time.

Molson Coors is an equal opportunity employer. We invite applications from candidates of all backgrounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic. If you have a disability and believe you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or recruitment processes, please e-mail jobs@molsoncoors.com.
