Role: Senior Web Application Developer
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Range: $150,000- $160,000 / year
Benefits: This position is eligible formedical, dental and vision.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Application Developer to design, build, and maintain custom web applications and integration solutions that support complex business workflows and emerging AI-driven tools. This individual will play a key role in modernizing internal systems and creating scalable, high-impact solutions used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom web applications supporting critical business processes
- Build and support integrations between internal systems, data platforms, and AI tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all applications
- Provide technical guidance and ownership across projects with minimal supervision
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with JavaScript (DevExpress libraries preferred)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with Python web development
- Hands-on experience with Streamlit
- Working knowledge of Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms
Experience & Soft Skills
- 10+ years of professional development experience required
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or industrial environments strongly preferred
- Background supporting data-driven or energy-related organizations is a strong plus
- Proven ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
