Application Processing and Imaging Technician I

• Location: Remote (Based out of Ohio)
• Pay Rate: $16/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multi-task assignments? Join our team as an Application Processing and Imaging Technician I, where you'll play a critical role in our operational processes, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of underwriting submissions and document indexing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Quote Clearance: Prepare submissions for underwriting review, including conducting Internet searches and utilizing multiple websites within established metric guidelines.
• Document Imaging: Index emails, policies, and other correspondence to the appropriate document type and route tasks to the correct department or individual.
• Renewals: Set up files and complete the necessary triage process for policy renewals.
• Assist team and department leadership with additional duties as required.

Performance Goals:

• Maintain production metrics of 1.0 or better.
• Achieve a quality level exceeding 98% in weekly quality control evaluations.
• Complete essential industry training, including Ethics 311 and Insurance Essentials.
• Work toward obtaining the AINS Designation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry proficiency.
• Excellent research skills for locating policy, quote, or claim files.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and flexibility in handling procedural changes.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
• Dependability and consistent work ethic.
