Job Description
- Run ground-up commercial and industrial projects start to finish
- Handle subcontractor buyout, contracts, scopes, and change management
- Manage schedules, budgets, and cost forecasting
- Work closely with superintendents to support strong field execution
- Coordinate with the preconstruction team for clean handoffs
- Be the main point of contact for clients and developer partners
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and financially on track

The Successful Applicant
- 7-12 years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction
- Proven success delivering ground-up projects from preconstruction through close-out
- Experience with industrial, tilt-wall, or large-scale commercial projects preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, scheduling software, and construction financial reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
- A self-directed, accountable approach suited to a growing, entrepreneurial environment
