Looking for a meaningful and flexible summer role? Breakthrough ABA is hiring seasonal Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and families during the summer months.
This is a great opportunity for paraprofessionals, teacher aides, school staff, and others working in education who are off for the summer and want to continue making an impact.
Breakthrough ABA provides high-quality, in-home ABA services across the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas, along with center-based services in Cypress, TX.
Founded in 2022 and led by a BCBA with a personal connection to developmental disabilities, our mission is simple: provide compassionate, evidence-based care that improves lives.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect data and track progress
- Support behavior strategies and skill-building
- Work directly with children and families
- Participate in team collaboration and training
Schedule & Pay:
- Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Seasonal Summer Position (with potential to continue into the school year)
- Flexible weekday and daytime hours based on your availability
- Opportunities available across Greater Houston, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (schools, daycare, or related settings preferred)
- Paraprofessionals, teacher aides, and school staff strongly encouraged to apply
- Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Positive, patient, and team-oriented approach
