Compensation :

$125,000 - $295,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.

Participate in training sessions to master real estate sales techniques and strategies.

Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and practical knowledge.

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance client interactions.

Contribute to team meetings with fresh ideas and a positive attitude.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in Los Angeles-Long Beach-Glendale, CA area.

Qualifications :

Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new real estate technologies and tools.

Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to group goals.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to master real estate sales techniques.

Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Glendale area.

Motivated to generate and nurture leads, building a robust client base over time.
