Compensation :

$125,000 - $295,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.

Utilize our proven lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers.

Collaborate with our team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings.

Conduct property showings and open houses, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all attendees.

Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date insights.

Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the industry.

Qualifications :

Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.

Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others.

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.

Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for marketing and lead generation.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new industry trends and technologies.
