Meraki Greek Bistro is seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Line Cook to join our team in Miami, FL. If you have a passion for authentic Greek cuisine and are ready to take the next step in your culinary career, we invite you to explore this cooking opportunity.
THE BASICS
The Line Cook position typically requires availability for shifts from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend hours as needed. Our business operates from 11 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. There may also be opportunities to work additional hours at our other locations in Coconut Grove and Miami Beach for those interested.

HOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM?
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

As a Line Cook, you will arrive each day ready to prepare, cook, and plate a range of authentic Greek dishes that serve to delight our guests. You will collaborate closely with the head chef, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. In this fast-paced kitchen environment, you will efficiently manage multiple orders while adhering to proper cooking techniques and food safety standards. Maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness will be essential in your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will engage in teamwork, contributing to a cooperative atmosphere as you and your colleagues work towards providing outstanding dining experiences.
