Apprenticeship Program Summary: The Performance Coach Apprentice, will work alongside our Performance Coaches, learning how to deliver training services to a variety of clientele. The apprentice will also assist with supporting marketing, sales, customer service, and operational tasks for the performance division.

Notes | The Performance Coach Apprentice will work approximately 300 hours (or hours in alignment with their University requirements). For the duration of the program, the Performance Coach Apprentice will complete a project of their choice that meets the needs of the organization and its clientele. This will be presented at the conclusion of the apprenticeship. |

Apprenticeship Program Benefits:
Physical requirements: This position is classified as Heavy Work in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, requiring the exertion of 51 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 26 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.
Must be able to pass background check. We also conduct pre-employment physical and drug testing. Any job offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical with a drug screen, background check and obtaining active licensures per job requirements.
