Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.
We Offer :
- Pay range of $18 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
- Pay raise following paid training completion
- Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
- Paid holidays and paid time off
- Wellness, mileage, and tool stipend provided
- Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided

We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
