You’ll learn how to find and connect with potential buyers and sellers, follow up with prospects, conduct property showings, build client relationships, and understand how a real estate transaction moves from the first conversation through closing.
You’ll have access to experienced real estate professionals, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and proven systems designed to help you develop your skills and become more confident working with clients.
This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is coachable, and is ready to consistently work toward building a successful real estate business.
Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment.
Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client relationships and property listings.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting.
