Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural vision and roadmap for modernization and integration of legacy systems

Design scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions for high-volume eligibility and enrollment transactions

Oversee integration of microservices, APIs, and data pipelines across enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline

10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, and modernization

Proven expertise in designing and integrating large-scale, mission-critical systems

Deep knowledge of microservices, API management, and cloud platforms

Experience with federal security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
