What You’ll Do

As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production floor running smoothly by:

• Assembling metal based products by following detailed work instructions and build specifications
• Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Supporting daily shop operations, including:
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Shrink wrapping and packaging materials or finished units
  • Material handling and general clean-up to support the team
• Working closely with fellow assemblers to meet daily production goals
• Adhering to all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures
• Expanding your skills over time through cross-training, including custom unit assembly

Required Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in mechanical or sheet metal assembly
• Electrical wiring and basic fabrication skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in manufacturing or sheet metal environments
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team-focused setting

Work Environment & Schedule

• Large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings
• Fully equipped assembly area with modern tools and machinery
• Casual dress code (steel toe boots required)

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift:
  • Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM
• 2nd Shift:
  • Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Scheduled breaks included

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
