Controller Position
Controller position, responsibilities will include :
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Lead annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts.
- Partner with business unit leadership to analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management on cost optimization and profitability improvement strategies.
- Manage external audit process and coordinate with auditors to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee tax compliance and liaise with tax advisors for accurate filings.
- Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes and reporting systems.
- Evaluate and implement ERP enhancements or new technologies as needed.
