Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) to serve as an anchor team member in a newly established office location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment, is open to cross-training, and wants to help shape smooth clinical operations from the ground up. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and eager to support both patient care and evolving office needs as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities Support patient care and clinical workflow in an outpatient setting Assist with patient intake, vitals, documentation, and general clinical support Utilize electronic medical records (EMR), including Epic Systems Help ensure efficient patient flow and accurate charting Support a collaborative clinical team in daily operations
Required Qualifications Active CCMA certification Experience in a clinical or outpatient healthcare setting Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred) Strong dependability with verifiable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Strong communication and organizational skills
