Job Details We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our litigation department. This role is open to a new attorney or someone with up to six years of experience who is eager to develop as a well-rounded litigator through hands-on training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Represent businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters Participate directly in client meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, legal analysis, and trial preparation Engage in thoughtful, case-specific writing assignments and legal research Work closely with attorneys across practice areas as matters require Experience & Qualifications JD from an accredited law school New attorneys or candidates with up to five years of litigation experience encouraged to apply Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Interest in hands-on litigation and professional development Demonstrated commitment to building a long-term career in Western Massachusetts Skills & Attributes Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Strong communicator with clients, colleagues, and the court Detail-oriented with sound judgment and professionalism Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Appreciation for community involvement and balance between work and personal life Interested in hearing more?
