About the Role:

Motel 6 Ventura Beach is looking for a reliable and professional Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This position is responsible for assisting guests overnight while completing nightly front desk and audit duties.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out.
• Process payments and reservations.
• Answer phones and assist with guest questions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reports.
• Monitor the property during overnight hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Communicate important information to the morning team.
• Follow Motel 6 policies and property procedures.

Requirements:

• Basic ID required.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.
• Must be available for overnight shifts.
• Hotel or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay:

$16.90–$17.50 per hour, depending on experience.
