Schneider Electric is looking for an Industrial Automation Partner Growth Lead to drive growth across Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan). In this role, you'll lead regional growth by working closely with distribution partners while building strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end users. You'll shape go-to-market strategies, identify new opportunities, and help expand our presence in key industrial markets. What will you do: * Partner with distributors to develop and execute joint business plans that drive measurable growth * Identify, prioritize, and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic accounts * Build strong relationships with OEMs, end users, system integrators, and other ecosystem partners * Collaborate with partner sales teams to develop account strategies, grow pipelines, and win new business * Lead and support regional sales initiatives, campaigns, and product launches within the channel * Provide guidance and support on complex opportunities by aligning internal resources and partner efforts * Monitor business performance, track progress against goals, and use insights to adjust strategies * Leverage market trends and competitive insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities * Work cross-functionally with marketing, business development, and sales teams to ensure successful execution What will make you successful: * Bachelor's degree or technical college diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience * 8+ years of experience in technical sales, including channel partners, strategic accounts, and business development * Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, HVAC, or related markets * Experience working with distribution partners and industrial ecosystem stakeholders (e.g., OEMs, system integrators, control panel builders, end users) * Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results collaboratively * Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute growth plans * Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) * Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively What's in it for you: The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $129,600-$172,800 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
