Machine Operator:

Location: Aurora, CO 80011

Hours: M-F, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $19-24/hr., Depending on Experience

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Manufacturing experience.

This position is responsible for producing parts for fabrication by operating automated band saw (HEM), shear, and Amada Turret/Laser.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Fabricate complex components using a variety of machinery.
Read and Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Operate Human Machine Interface (HMI) machine controller.
Perform quality checks and in-process monitoring.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of material consumption and WIP.
Pull stainless steel sheets off holding racks in a way to decrease scratches.
Proficiently operate equipment.
Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor of this position.

Machine Operator Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret prints
Certified to operate PIT
Read and Interpret technical drawings with guidance.
Read measurements to 1/32”.
Adherence to all safety requirements required within this work area.
Able to work with a team and independently.
Possess a strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication skills
