Reach Truck Operator – Temp-to-Hire

Looking for a stable warehouse opportunity with consistent hours and regular overtime? Kelly Services is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to operate Linde reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Details

• Location: Bloomington, CA 92316
• Position Type: Temp-to-hire
• Equipment: Linde reach truck
• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
• Hours: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
• Pay Rate: $22hr
• Overtime: Regular overtime on a sixth day

Job Summary

Kelly Services is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to safely and efficiently move, store, and organize products throughout the warehouse. Operators will use Linde reach trucks and must successfully complete equipment testing before beginning the assignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a Linde reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Move, load, unload, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Place and retrieve pallets from designated storage locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating instructions.
• Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate product placement and organized inventory.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must have previous reach truck operating experience is required.
• Ability to safely operate a Linde reach truck.
• Must successfully complete required equipment testing before starting.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule, including regular sixth-day overtime.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
