Role Description

As a member of our Banquet team, you are always on stage. Brasada is home to the best wedding venue in Central Oregon, and we ensure that our level of service for those life defining events matches those expectations. The success of those events, and the numerous others that our events team hosts, is dependent on the Banquet team to have the attention to detail required for flawless execution.

To be successful in this position, you must enjoy being an integral part of special events. Your responsibilities from the setup to the execution, to the close of one event and the preparation of the next will help provide experiences of a lifetime for those involved. Your attention to detail will need to be unmatched and relentless. You thrive in a team environment and are able to take direction and carry it out with exact accuracy. Your warmness and genuine caring for our guests will be on display at all times. You take pride in the services you provide and feel a great sense of accomplishment when you receive the feedback from your guests that you just assisted with the "best event ever."

The Banquet Bartender position is a part-time/on-call as needed for events and requires flexibility in scheduling. Banquet Bartenders earn $30 per hour.

Skills/Traits

• 6 months banquet bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 100 lbs
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement)
• OLCC Certification
