Our mission is simple; Provide full access to care!

At Beachmont Behavioral Health, we’re building something different—and you might be exactly who we’re looking for

Here, you’re not another name on a schedule. You’re a vital part of a collaborative team committed to delivering meaningful, person-centered ABA services. We invest in your growth with consistent mentorship, supportive leadership, and clear career development pathways. When you join Beachmont, you’re joining a mission-driven organization that puts clients first and celebrates the people who make that mission possible.

If you’re ready to do work that matters—without feeling burned out or overlooked—we’d love to meet you.

WHY BEACHMONT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH?

Because you deserve a workplace where:

Your voice is heard
Your work is valued
Your growth is supported
Your clients’ well‑being—not corporate metrics—comes first

If you’re ready to bring your heart, your skills, and your commitment to a team that truly cares, we encourage you to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide high-quality 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill development programs
  • Collect and record behavioral data with accuracy and purpose
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with caregivers, clients, and your BCBA
  • Support client progress using trauma-assumed care and person-centered practices
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety with every interaction
Already trained?
If you bring prior experience, you won’t need to redo the 40-hour ABA training.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $22–$25 per hour, based on experience
  • Paid in-between travel & mileage
  • Paid training & consistent supervision
  • Full-time staff eligible for medical, dental, vision, and more
  • Opportunities for advancement, including RBT support and BCBA mentorship pathways
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (KPIs)

  • 95% timely and accurate data submission
  • 90%+ session attendance & punctuality
  • Demonstrated client progress (reviewed monthly)
  • Completion of required training & supervision hours
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (degree preferred)
  • Driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance
  • Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check + TB test
Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities
  • ABA experience (not required, but a plus!)
  • RBT certification highly desired
Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow written plans and document objective session notes
  • Basic math for tracking behavior data
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly valued
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and engage in floor-based play
