Summary
This Assistant Manager - RPA & BI (FF Support) will work with other engineers, business users and participate in designing, developing and managing RPA(UI Path) business applications, BI reports and its servers to provide business support. High level of proficiency working on continuous improvement with UI Path and PowerBI is required. Data system may involve SAP/Oracle/MongoDB/CSV file etc. RPA tool is UI Path. This position provides assistance with IT and operational project and manage and improve systems reliability, security,availability, and flexibility for excellent information services. Must be comfortable to use UI Path and PowerBI.
Responsibilities
- System Development/Enhancement in PowerBI, RPA UI Path Applications & Infrastructure New implementation and Modification of PowerBI reports and RPA UI Path process Requirements analysis and RPA UI Path Application System Design, PowerBI Design and Development including Database Implementation and testing the RPA UI Path Enterprise-Applications and PowerBI reports Research for the enhancement or improvement of RPA UI Path systems and PowerBI Monitor RPA UI Path systemand and PowerBI failure & performance and properly resolve them in right time Strongly involve in the planning and engineering of RPA UI Path systems and PowerBI Conduct RPA UI Path and PowerBI Application Tuning Manage critical issues & resolutions related to RPA process and PowerBI reports Setup, configuration, administration of RPA UI Path jobs and PowerBI reports Design RPA UI Path and PowerBI system architecture Evaluate/propose RPA UI Path and PowerBI solutions Share system knowledge with team members so there is a backup member when one is absent Act as a liaison with customers and partners IT Departments Develop and implement RPA UI Path Solution/Application and PowerBI reports per business requirement
- Data analysis and correction Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot system issues Monitor and resolve system failures independently Generate data analysis requested by users Work with the stakeholders to gather their feedback for the system enhancement and improvement in the next phase Ensure adherence to and develop best practices supporting customers
- Support business unit or divisional initiatives Perform other qualified duties, as assigned
Compensation
$86,000- $96,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong RPA UI Path Programming Experience Required
- Strong PowerBI Development Experience Required
- Familiar and able to implement RPA(Uipath) solution Required
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS Required
- Good written and verbal communication skills: must be able to effectively convey and document designs and processes Required
- Ability to manage all aspect/stages of software development life cycle (Agile environment) Required
- Object Oriented Design and Development. Exposure to VB/C#/Java, Visual Studio or Eclipse Required
- Able to work with Oracle and MongoDB Preferred
- Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, DOM, SVN, NiFi Preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5-8 years of direct experience in Information Technology Required
- 6-9 years of direct experience in Information Technology Preferred
