Join a team that makes an impact on the lives of so many. How You Will Contribute
As a Director, you will lead a team and serve as the main conduit between clients and our team on a range of complex assignments. You will manage projects by overseeing interview activities, gathering relevant data, developing goals and deadlines, reviewing work products of junior staff, and communicating directly with clients.
- Engage in C‑suite and board‑level conversations regarding client challenges and strategic initiatives.
- Function effectively in interim roles (e.g., CEO, CFO, CCO) as needed.
- Help clients understand their competitive advantages and product / service line profitability.
- Synthesize insights from research and data to develop tailored strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate with leadership and the case team.
- Manage engagement economics, budgeting, billing, collections, and profitability.
- Build client relationships to identify opportunities to expand business and generate leads.
- Mentor, coach, and share knowledge with colleagues and the wider business.
- Train and develop junior staff.
Qualifications
Compensation
The annual base salary range : $170,000-$190,000. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details. Benefits
Regular employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverage, plus a 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary contribution.
