Consulting Manager (Capital Markets Consulting)

As a Consulting Manager (Capital Markets Consulting), you will make an impact by leading client-facing consulting engagements focused on analyzing and transforming capital markets workflows across the trade lifecycle. You will be a valued member of the Capital Markets Consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering and consulting discussions with clients and business stakeholders across capital markets workflows
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, process diagrams, and implementation-ready deliverables
- Design and implement transformation mapping logic for orders, trades, and financial product data across fixed income, equities, and FX
- Develop canonical data models and mapping frameworks spanning upstream and downstream capital markets systems
- Lead technical workstreams for system modernization, data platform transformation, and process optimization initiatives

What you must have to be considered
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and client-facing consulting within capital markets environments
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and scripting (Python or similar)
- Experience designing and implementing transformation mappings for orders, trades, and financial products
- Knowledge of capital markets asset classes including fixed income, equities, and FX
- Experience with OMS/EMS systems, trade lifecycle events, and market data integration
These will help you succeed
- Experience in IT consulting engagements or large-scale transformation programs
- Familiarity with canonical data models, trade surveillance, or regulatory reporting
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data architectures
- Experience leading technical teams or managing consulting workstreams
