Vibe Sales is a performance-driven sales organization partnered with a Fortune 500 telecommunications company. We’re hiring D2D 5G + Mobility Sales Representative- who want to learn sales fast, get paid for performance, and build real momentum early in their career.

This is not a desk job.
This is not hourly.
This is a commission-based, door-to-door sales opportunity where effort and consistency directly impact income.

You will be working outdoors daily, walking in residential neighborhoods, and having face-to-face conversations with homeowners. If you are not comfortable being outside and interacting directly with customers door-to-door, this role will not be the right fit.

Role Summary

As a Sales Representative (Producer) at Vibe Sales, you serve as a frontline revenue generator - engaging with prospects in person, building meaningful conversations, and driving measurable sales results.

This is a fast-paced, goal-driven field role for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and serious about personal and professional growth.

You’ll learn a proven sales framework, hit performance benchmarks, and have a clear path to advancement into Builder and Leadership roles within the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Producer, your focus is simple: learn, execute, and produce.

  • Selling residential telecom services door-to-door
  • Walking neighborhoods and working outdoors daily
  • Having face-to-face conversations with homeowners
  • Explaining simple, high-demand products
  • Generating and closing sales independently
  • Representing a nationally recognized brand professionally
  • Tracking activity and results in company systems
  • Staying accountable to performance standards and coaching feedback

No prior sales experience required—we train the right people.

How You Get Paid:

  • Commission-only compensation
  • Paid aggressively per sale
  • No income cap
  • Weekly payouts

Illustrative earnings (not guarantees):

  • New Producers: $600–$1,200/week once ramped
  • Consistent Producers: $75K–$100K+ annually
