Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Aviation practice in Pearland, Texas (TX)!
Responsibilities
- The qualified individual will lead and expand an Aviation team and practice while building and managing relationships with key clients
- Review design documents & drawings for airside and landside Aviation projects, including grading, drainage, pavement design, specifications, and construction safety plans
- Prepare analysis reports in support of airport planning, design, and construction
- Leadership responsibilities include : Operating with integrity and sound business principalsProviding vision, business planning and strategyEstablishing goalsBuilding and maintaining positive client relationshipsHaving open communication with your partners and team
- Our Project Managers / Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
- The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business
